Greta and I will once again be participating in the Hike for Mental Health Mount Wahsington event on August 24th. This is a 100% non-profit organization where 80% of the donations go towards brain research and finding a cure for mental illness and 20% to the organizations that maintain the hiking trails we use. I'm challenging myself to raise $300 this year. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
1 in 4 families is affected by mental illness.
I chose to join the 8th Annual Summit Mt. Washington HIKE for Mental Health to raise funds for a great cause and reduce the stigma of mental illness.
