People that know me know that I suffer from Bipolar disease.  I have written a memoir to help people understand what life is like living bipolar.  It is FREE and can be found on www.WithoutOrderThereIsChaos.com.  Please read it and share with as many people as you can.  Having a mental illness can be dibilitating without support from others.  I am lucky to have a handful of people in my life, without whom, I would be in an assisted living home or psychiatic hospital.  Please contribute to HikeOctober 2019 to help me and others with mental illness to try to live a life as close to your normal as possible from research through the Brain & Behavior Research Foundation.  A portion of the funds raised by Hike for Mental Health are donated to the Brain & Behavior Research Foundation. To date, Hike for Mental Health has donated more than $275,000!  Brain & Behavior Research Foundation <www.bbrfoundation.org>
