Anxiety, Loss of Function, DEPRESSION, Blues you Just Can't Shake, Looping Thoughts again and again, WHY, why why. Brain Fog, Isolation . . .

Multiple Sclerosis runs in my husband's family.  My husband, his sister, and our neice all have this debilitating disease.  My father-in-law also had MS.

MS's dirty little secret is poor mental health. Mental Health struggles can be the bi-product of a very visible disease.  The physical effects of MS can usually can be seen: weakness and stiffness of muscles and joints, slurred speech, eventual loss of mobility, etc.  But the mental health of the patient is not obvious until there is a BIG PROBLEM.  It stands to reason - the disease's scarring on the brain impacts brain chemisrty.  And the effects don't end with the patient.  The stress can also take a heavy toll on the mental health of family and caregivers. Join me in raising funds that will go directly toward understanding and eliminating mental health issues.
